This site sits at one end of the well-known lace market overlooking the BBC island.
The building was built between 1860-70 and was used as a warehouse.
The architect designed the warehouse which is now disused to look like a town house from the front with the majority of the building spreading down the length of the site looking over Nottingham.
10 short hill was hit the during the night of the nottingham blitz on 8-9th may 1941 along with the neighbouring st marys church.

Been looking to do this site for years but never been a clear opening. This happened purely by chance after failing on another place - They're currently stripping this place and creating luxury apartments.
Unfortunately pretty much everything has gone but it has some nice features and the views are amazing.
