I've visited this place once before two years ago and very little has changed since then. The place itself is huge (4 floors + rooftop) and some exterior buildings which are cleared out. The ironworks was buildt sometime before WW1 and has been owned by several different companies. Railroads were constructed as well, connecting this place to a power plant and nearest docks in order to keep the place close to the most important locations in the area. Around 2000 the building was subject to a fire which rendered the factory useless. So far the owners have not decided to take action to restore or demolish the buildings.
