Second visit to this place. I know there has been a few recent reports on this, but my pictures from my last visit, I feel, were not report worthy. So ive made one second time around.

Visited with Gone, Appo_91 and Ojay.

Owned by property speculator Bashir Issa, the site has had hardly any work done on it since his three trading companies went into administration about two years ago.

Issa also owns the Sarah Tower site, which only got as far as having foundations built, and Issa Quay - a fully fitted apartment block which didn't get signed off from a health and safety perspective before administrators came in.

Issa was declared bankrupt in May 2009 with alleged debts of £45million.

Woops.
