Any good sites for exploring in Croydon?

Hi all, I'm new to urban exploration but doing a project on vacant spaces specifically in Croydon. I originally wanted to get into the iconic Nestle Tower but after hearing lots of people say that security is too tight I'm unsure what's the best next option. If any one knows of any good spots in Croydon for a beginner explorer to get in to please let me know! Cheers.
