Couple of weeks back, Newtonian and I visited Birsdall ROC post, my first one, and I really enjoyed it. Whilst there is not a huge amount to see in these things, they are interesting none the less. This one was unchavved, mind you, it is in the middle of nowhere!
The hatch:
Going down, or up, f*ck me, that counterweight doesn't half hurt when you clang your head on it!!

Through a door, you will see a bright light, go into the light.........
Half tempted to find the owner and ask if we can do it up!!
