Report - Boat Graveyard River Wear Sunderland May 2021

Whilst panning google maps, I came across what looked like a load of old boats, so decided to venture here, I was right, around 8 boats in total. consisting of an old coal boat, Yacht and some fishing boats, the yacht was the most accessible one with a few things to see inside, such as old picture showing the river.
Was quite a relaxing place to explore, however it was extremely muddy and could feel myself sinking.
I did get into the bigger boat but the mud and sand was so soggy it wasn't worth it.
I have a thing for old rusty boats, especially near the Riverside. I really did like this place and was a good explore to end the day with.
There was also a building next to the boats which held some interesting relics inside.

Visited this location lastnight , was asked to leave by what we thought was the land owner so we left , the owner and some other lad chased us down the road tried confronting us claiming these boats were on his land but he had no proof that it was his land ,he threatened to kick the living crap out of us , we tried to defuse the situation and leave but he kept following us acting violent and aggressive !! So go careful out there if you decide to go to this location as this man's a full blown psycho!!
