Unsure as to whether or not this one was open or not, it looks as though someone had takena grinder to a padlock or something similar, but it wasn't for budging.
Pictures are rubbish as the weather was howling...gale/lashing rain etc.
There wasn't a telephone pole anywhere close but there was a conduit sticking out the ground clost to it. Has this been observed anywhere else?
Paintwork looks in good condition, as does the concrete. No undercutting etc.
