The Bowes railway was a roap pulled coal waggon way in Gateshead Tyne and Wear and is preserved as a steam railway these days.
Thats about all I know about it, just came accross this derelict looking shed and winding gear while travelling to another site for a recce, but I think its worthy of a couple of snaps.
Inside the shed it was very hard to see what stuff did but this must of been a widing engine
