Been on my list since I last came to Bradford between July & August 2016, but never got round to returning
visited with @ACID- REFLUX thankyou for doing this with me & providing the 4gas.
The Bowling beck is a tributary of the Bradford beck,
which duals as a combined sewer for the eastern side.
The infall consists of a stoopy brick pipe which merge's with the combined sewer & continues as a concrete culvert,
there's a lot of water leaking through the culvert inc 2 discharging pipes.
one of 2 stoopy brick pipes which continue towards the infall
the beck discharges here & now becomes a combined sewer
I was wanting to follow this,
but on prodding tripod in the stagnant water I knew it would of breached my thigh waders.
detention tank with the usual chompers & Archimedes screws
during excess flooding the sewer will pour across this wall & continue along the culvert
tumbling steps
2nd stoopy pipe which continues towards the infall
concrete pipe
this takes stooping to the limit & it's long
the beck discharges here & now becomes a combined sewer
2nd detention tank with the usual chompers & Archimedes screws
during excess flooding the sewer will pour across a wall & continue along this pipe & then the culvert
tumbling steps
both becks or combined sewers merge here,
then continue towards the outfall
merging of the Bowling beck & Bradford beck
thanks for viewing
