Spotted an easy way in had been made as I was passing The Old Paper Mill last weekend so thought I'd take advantage and have a wander around. All I can tell you about it's past is that it appears to have last been occupied by a furniture manufacturer, Brodock Ltd. and judging by the name it was originally a paper mill. It's been vacant for quite some time but I couldn't tell you just how long. The original Paper Mill was built on this site around 1877 but this unit probably bears little resemblence to it. As you can see, any original features have been beaten out of it so it didn't have much to offer but I enjoyed it none the less.

I've just called down here to have a nosey and it appears to be a dumping ground for asbestos.
If there was some natural light in the old mill it may have looked an option.
I think your photos were taken when the place was in its best condition.
