Hello again,
So i can't remember the name or location of this pub apart from it being opposite a petrol station in Warnborough, Hook with lots of scaffolding around it... so because of this, i know no history on it other than the scaffolding has been this way for a while and theres been no work on it so i'm not sure if the builders just ditched it? (not getting the money for it) i don't know.
Either way i heard about it from some friends when we were in the area and it was a good location to explore. Very easy to access, walking round the side of the building there is a walk way into the property and then the front door of the pub itself is open. Everything inside had been left how it was and was very dark and ashey. The entire walls and objects were covered in black ash. The upstairs was a complete no go due to the ceiling basically caving in. The pub had very small spaces and door frames making me think it must date back to edwardian? Quite creepy to look at and makes me want to learn more about its history...:
