History
Salem Methodist Chapel was built in 1833 in Arthog, near Barmouth in North Wales. In 1868 it was rebuilt in the Gothic style of the gable-entry type, by architect Thomas of Landore, and eventually closed in 1973.

a nice little place next to a busy road, slate was stole from the roof of the road above meaning alot of decay has happened but still the pews are in quality condition! i found cleaning chemicals so i heard of a local checking this place out, i went in 2018 and i do not know the current state of the site.
