The hatch has been completly removed from the shaft. It is still attached be the earthing strap so it is intresting squeezing through.
However once inside it is fairly dry with the sump only just full the the grate. There is all the brick rubble down there from the top of the shaft.
Considering the state of the hatch it is amazingly the amount of stuff still down there.
The dart board is still there
Eye wash and post signpost
Toilet pick axe and spade. Fire blanket on the floor.
Messtins still wrapped up in the cupboard

Best post I've seen in a long while. Never seen an ROC dart board before.
