After years of trying to find it and its entrance i finally did. It was a horrible day walking there. Was glad to get in out of the rain. Its massive. Roof had giv way in a few places and it was dusty as hell wen i was there. Spent an hour and covered most of it. There was bits i couldnt access due to walls the army had built at the bottom of mine but its was amazing. Hope u like the pics

Looks nice mate. What was this place used for by the army ? Do you have any more info on the place ?
As far as i know it started as a sanstone mine then during ww2 the army used it to store ammunition from liverpool docks incase of air raids. The jenga looking pillars u can see on pics are what the army put in to strengthen the roof. They also built the dry stone walls in there to to make seperate rooms. Its worth a look mate i enjoyed it
