Not really a report as such, but thought the photos might interest someone.
This is a vast complex of quarries from varying periods. You could easily spend days wondering around the workings and some of the not so small tunnels..

It was around -4 (without windchill) for most of the day, so any motivation to stop and take photos was all but lost im afraid!
