I paid a quick visit to Cults limestone mine yesterday, found what I think is an older entrance into the mine and had a quick look inside. It's damp and after a fairly nasty roof fall, it's flooded. I got as far as I could in wellies, but I will need to go back after a long dry spell and take waders. I plan to go back next week and find the main entrance which should yield better results.
My wife was waiting for me outside so the photos were taken quickly handheld rather than light painted.
