So following on from @HughieD's superb report (here) some more shots of Dinrowic Quarry from the following weekend. I haven't been able to do much exploring this year - months of shielding has limited me to a few local explores. With the possible likelihood of Wales being off limits again very soon I set off for a journey up to North Wales and back in quick time. When I say quick time I mean leaving at 1pm Sat and back home by 7pm on the Sunday. Sleeping in the car up on the side of the dinowic mountain was certainly fun if a little blustery. 70mph winds almost felt like the car was going to tip over in the middle of the night. Anyway by morning things were calmer. Still didn't get everything done here I've wanted to do (excuses for another visit already made then) but this was a great trip hitting it up with the film body. Rather annoyingly I ran out of film as I got to Australia level and then realised I'd left the rest of my reels in the car. No I wasn't going back down to get them!
Shot on Nikon F801, Sigma 24mm f1.4 ART lens and for this trip some out of date Kodak Gold 100 kindly sent to me by @TheTimeChamber
I did ponder editing some of the noise/marks out of these but meh then defeats the object of Film.
