The roots of the power station ECVB goes back to 1913. The base of the station was to extend and develop a heavy industrial area. It's not exactly clear when the plant ceased operation, but it seems around 1997. So after more then 10 years of abandonment this steel virgin with it's rough machines and giant pipes, has no traces of vandalism or graffiti. The boilers, turbines, electrical systems and the equipment are still more or less intact, preserved.
