Don't think I've done any high stuff in town since the Premier Inn days many moons ago, so it felt good to get up here.

Visited with @Bolts and a couple of other lads (not sure if they're on here)

Anyway I'll just paste a bit of info about the building from Renaker's website.

Exchange Court is the second of Renaker’s developments forming part of the major ‘Greengate’ regeneration masterplan in Salford.
The scheme comprises two towers of one, two and three bedroom apartments totalling 349 units. The development will reach a towering 44 storeys and will be the tallest building in the City of Salford. All apartments will be designed to a high specification with contemporary branded bathrooms and kitchens. Facilities for residents will include gym, 24/7 hotel style concierge and residents’ lounge.

The scheme is arranged alongside an attractive public realm walkway connecting to the River Irwell. It is located just a couple of minutes’ walk from the Manchester’s Harvey Nichols and the central retail disctrict.

It's currently upto 30 floors but we had to drop down a couple to get away from the mesh they've blocked the edge off to get some pics

first few pics are taken off their website and a quick phone snap as we sloped off back into the night

Yeah it's not a bad one this, weird seeing One Greengate still not fully occupied since it sold out to chinese investors when it was just a hole in the ground

It's kinda weird looking back at something I spent so much time in during construction other than drains in recent years
