Owner of old Odeon in Colchester says he may pull it down
Doesn't sound good at all. What I find annoying (as has been already said by others) is that the Owner has been allowed to let the building fall into such a state of dis-repair. An Owner of any building shouldn't be allowed to let this happen, just because their preferred Option / Plan is refused
For me, what the Owner has done is just as bad as burning the place down (if it eventually turns out that it'll have to be demo'd)
