History on this place is incredibly scarce. I live in the Skegness area so was nice to do this place. Apart from the name and knowing it's been derelict for quite some time I can tell you no more. The mystery continues... Bankruptcy? Relocation? Who knows. What I do know is that it suffered an arson attack on 22 July 2017. The arson was evident when I entered the factory but didn't stop me enjoying the explore. I certainly didn't expect to find a fork lift and a man lift still inside. Those alone lead to some photogenic shots. Access took a bit of scouting, managed to find a way through a hole in the surrounding fence then an open door lead me inside. There was also evidence of drug use inside, stumbling across some used needles which is one of many downsides to our hobby. There was also a tower on site where you could view the rooftops which was cool. Here is what I managed to capture. Enjoy!

This was my families factory. I remember helping build it. Our family sold the business around 22 years ago to a larger manufacturer. The history of my family is they started selling ice cream on the seafront before the war and then moved into rock and then sweets. The name Audrey is a local women who is lovely. I only live 5 miles down the road but it is very disheartening to see what it became inside.
