So nextdoor to the also derelict methodist church that I documented yesterday was this builders/joiners place. It was empty for a good number of years and hit the local headlines in recent years. I remember it well as I live in the Skegness area. It's not the numerous arson attacks that made the news but the fact that sadly a woman in her 40s was found dead inside. A woman in her 30s was initially arrested but that's the last we heard of it. That was in 2018, I explored it in 2021 just in time actually. As not long after it was demolished. It was sad exploring here knowing the lady died but thought I'd check it out seems as I was only nextdoor doing the Methodist Church. Not much to see really due to the damage caused by the fires but managed a few photos for you.
