Harold Wood Hospital Morgue – London – June 2011
Visited With Gone, Millhouse and NickUK.
This was our final stop in the south. We didn’t bother with the hospital as we were fairly rinsed and we had heard rumours that it was a tad lame. The rain was heavy and it splattered down hard on the plastic skylights creating the eeriest of atmospheres. Morgues with vibes like this are a rare thing in the UK now. Ive seen a few, but rarely with slabs. These are cold and modern but the fact that it’s a trio makes up for it slightly. I had wanted to see this place for some time. The fridges are pretty awesome although climbing into them is quite challenging.
Shot on fisheye.. Was tired but I think it works either way. It was good to finally make it here. Thanks to those involved.
Cheers. Sho
