Short History:
Auxiliary Units were a secret resistance network of highly trained volunteers prepared to be Britain's last ditch line of defense during World War Two. They operated in a network of cells from hidden underground bases around the UK. Service in the Auxiliary Units was expected to be highly dangerous, with a projected life expectancy of just 12 days for its members; along with orders to either shoot each other or use explosives to kill themselves if capture by an enemy force.
The explore:
Visited with @Minor at the end of a long day exploring, although we were tired it didn't take too long to find this one thanks to some extra info from @Dora Grew Up and pretty much knew there wasn't going to be much to it as these posts only have a couple of rooms and an escape tunnel, it was hilarious seeing Minor freak out about amount and size of the spiders in this place, especially the huge one right inside the entrance.
on to the pics
Entrance room
Main chamber looking back towards the entrance
Looking towards the escape tunnel room
Remains of the original door that would have covered the escape tunnel
One of the two ventilation pipes
The other ventilation pipe
fuse box
The escape tunnel, which neither of us fancied doing as it was full of spiders
and even i didn't fancy being that close to that many
Thanks for looking
