This is the closest ROC post to my house so I was looking forward to seeing what was inside!
The hatch opened easily - but when we looked inside it was clear that the only way to explore this one would be with scuba gear! (which could be fun)
There's a jerrycan floating in the water, it's probably flooded to about 10 feet or so.
