I took a trip down to the Grade II-listed J B Spray building in Radford one night. It's an impressive building, and has been reported on here a couple of times before. Certainly need to tread carefully here, as there are exposed lift shafts that could easily be terminal. Originally built as a lace mill in about 1870, it has been occupied by squatters on and off in the last decade or so. It currently stands empty, and has been a little vandalised. There are signs of recent work on the site, so perhaps it might be returned to some kind of use in the near future. I certainly hope so, as the alternative is gradual decay and further vandalism.
