I knew the hatch on this post was wrecked so i took my toolbag along to try to repair it but no luck. Maybe someone more local than me can give it a go, its just 1 piece of metal thats twisted.
The post is dry inside and no vandalism.

Power connector on the ladder, Probally for connecting the generator to charge the post battery
