This is one of those big and dirty industrial little heavens where you could spend a day or two bumming around before you've seen it all. Black dust is everywhere, old bulldozers are rotting away. Cables, convayor belts, stairs and little walkways all over the place. Bright open spaces are followed by damp and oil smelling rooms every minute. Just the right place to be on a warm July day in Belgium.
Not sure about the history of the place. It was closed not too long ago, electricity was still on in some parts, and the most recent machinery was dating to a couple of years ago. Not sure what its proper name was either, we lost track as we drove around the Liege area which is dotted with similar industrial niceness. Definately worth a look if youre around!
Thanks for watching.
