Report - Mdina Train Tunnel, Malta April 2023

A follow up after the other report seemed to do so well.

This is the other Underground section of the forgotten railway that was once on Malta. This section is at the other end of the line to the Valletta section and a lot shorter also. But I still rather liked it and some of the features of the tunnels. As you may guess this section runs under the city of Mdina.

That is beautifully built. Why would they stop that short trip! 25mins compared to hrs. I might have missed it, but have they built an alternative?

The roads are a lot better now. You can drive everywhere in about 40 mins. The train only went between the 2 cities.
