Established in 1992 and opened by Irish star, David Feherty and European Ryder Cup captain, Bernard Gallacher, Mentmore Golf and Country Club lies in the shadow of Mentmore Towers, the magnificent country home built for Baron Meyer Amschel de Rothschild. Situated on the borders of Buckinghamshire, Bedfordshire and Hertfordshire, the two superb 18-hole courses, The Rothschild and The Rosebery are played over rolling parkland and feature lakes, woods and spinneys.

THE EXPLORE:
Getting in was extremely easy. May have been different on a weekend but there was no on sight security. However , a long stroll across the golf course in the summer sun makes up for that. Once you get to the main building you are greeted by a circular drive where the main building stands. Once you enter the building , you are first greeted by the main bar and stairs. These stairs lead to the swimming pool and gym, and just behind the bar is a kitchen and golf shop. However , most of the items and equipment left inside had been removed which was a bit of a let down , as other posts displayed most things still remaining.

i tried to get in but once we got to the side of the mansion a van with a dog went pass, we then carried on walking and out of no where a posh black car pulls up and see us so we had to go. Didn’t even get the chance to go in

Ahhh fair enough yeah the house itself is alarmed and got sensors everywhere fun to play hide and seek with them golf course you used to be able to get in via the pool
