Question - Need some advice on St. Thomas medical school, Block 9, Westminster, London

Have any of you visited before? What was security like ? Any Homeless inside? Ive done a few explores before but nothing in the centre of london. thanks to any replies

If you're talking about the laboratory next to st thomas hospital near the river thames, it should be easy to spot. Just take a mask as the place is filled with asbestos.

They may have stripped it, but my throat were still fucked the last time i've been there so its best to take one anyway

Visited recently about a month ago. The building appears to have been stripped but we still wore masks just in case. Large fences have been put up around the perimeter, although the building and rooftop are still easily accessible. Security was on site within exploring for about 30 mins
