Hi I’m holly, I’ll be completely honest I have no experience urban exploring but Ive been wanting to get involved for a long time. Im a photography student at LAU and would love to photograph abandoned areas of the uk to capture the history (documentary is the area of photography I specialise in) and I love the architectural history aswell as human history that can be found in these places (aswell as exploring) .
I read through the new members page and it said to upload any cases I’ve researched to like show the community I’m legit. I haven’t done any exploring but what made me want to explore so bad was when I visited this amazing manour house called minley manour ( and 18th century French gothic style manour built in the 18th century) . The owner said I could take a few pictures of the outside which I will post below but because it wasn’t abandoned and it was a safety risk I could only take a few pictures.
Anyway sorry for rambling, I understand I have to get involved in the community to be trusted but I was wondering if anyone could give me any locations in the Leeds area just to get me started or if there are any meet ups I’m happy to travel and meet new people to make sure I’m being safe ect.
All of that said I’m happy to be joining the community and hopefully will get to know some of you

Unfortunately members won’t give you locations openly but you may be able to find a few people in your area on the forum.
