Hello and welcome, the best way to find out what's in your area is the search button on the top right of here/ local press etc. People don't give info outright: contribution is important.
I'm not from Plymouth myself but I'd go for something easy and simple, a railway tunnel or maybe old coastal defences could be a good start (once it's stopped raining).
