This observation post/HQ is half way up Tai Mo Shan mountain in Hong Kong's New Territories. We were took up here by my brother-in-law for the views and we stumbled across this photogenic lump of concrete. Subsequent research has shown that just up the road and over the hill from this place is an old abandoned military base. Hey ho...next time then.
