1. The History
Not much to report here as I have found next to no info on this place. The large family house is located in Shap Pat Heung, in the New Territories of Hong Kong, just south of Yuen Long and north-east of Tai Tong. This old quarter has many residential buildings, where this large dwelling is set, in extensive grounds which are now very overgrown. It was most likely vacated by is owners circa 2012 and has hence sat abandoned for over a decade.
2. The Explore
Third report from HK. Usually, I take in quite a few residential places when I come to HK, but this time this was the only one I looked round. The grounds are overlooked from pretty much the whole way round but after circumnavigating the grounds, I found a relatively easy way in. The property itself was wide open and secluded, making for a relaxed explore. Not the most amazing place I’ve been in HK, but enough left behind to make it work half-an-hour of my time.
