I found this old place in Brantham/Manningtree and I think it could be a chemical factory but I'm not too sure. The explore is pretty easy all things considered, everything is open and only a few of the rooms are blocked up from industrial junk. Although most of the rooms have multiple entrances anyway. I recommend a mask as the walls are painted with lead paint and there is asbestos and pigeon excrement everywhere but to my knowledge there is no cameras its purely for your personal health. There is no security of any kind not even a fence around the factory. There is 3 buildings; the loading area, the main building and a final warehouse. the loading dock is quite a large open space with a small admin area and the main building has a factory floor and admin section towards the back the last building is just a large empty room. It's an interesting explore and I recommend it. I don't know any backstory about the place, I don't even know what road It's on and I don't think the road even has a name. You'll see it from the train to Ipswich its not very hard to see. It's the tagged building that's pretty destroyed. I have a full explore recorded on my YouTube @Mr. Nobody its quite quiet but I go through a lot with a friend of mine.
Sorry for the pictures I'm not the best photographer and I use my phone.

I'm out, see you soon

Without even seeing the photos I'll be able to tell you it's part of the old ICI Imagedata plant, it was part of the British Xylonite factory which used to be next door before being bought out.

They manufactured thermal films and this part I believe closed in 2010 when the site was sold to ITW Imagedata who still have a working facility on site.
