Hey, here's some photos from an old visit a friend and I took to the Balfour Kilpatrick in Renfrew near Braehead shopping centre. It has long been demolished and has been replaced with houses. I'm sure there are plenty photos out there already but maybe there's something different hiding in these!
It was one of my earliest visits back in 2010 and I recall spening a full five minutes hiding behind a fridge in the canteen after hearing a lot of banging in the next room. We eventually ventured out only to realise it was the bloody seagulls on the roof!
I was amazed by the amount of stuff left here - a garage full of old engineering books and a server room full of computer equipment! I still don't understand why these things aren't put to some use instead of being left to rot.
