Had a chance to have a look around here on the 18th, courtesy of Sub Brit and London Open House. I know it's been done before but it's the first time I've been there & it gives you a chance to see how much the stalactites have grown. PADDOCK was the alternative Cabinet War Room. A two storey bunker with ventilation plant, telephone frame etc. on the top floor and the more sensitive map room and cabinet room on the floor below (ie. under more concrete).
