Visited with DK.
The usual prelims and entry. During the entry, we were told that it was a special night, Philiberts birthday party.
Stopped off at Passe Muraille, took this shot down a corridor in B+W and decided that was going to be the theme of my photos for the weekend...
and on to Bysance...
Bysance, for a Saturday night, was initially very quiet. After a while lots of people started passing through on their way North to the party. We decided not to go because it would have seriously jumbled up our route.
Checking the map in Bysance...
What appeared to be 'the council' chatting in the corner...
Instead we headed North to Anscluz, via a few features...
Checking the map...
By the time we reached Anscluz, the party had split it's own ways, and half of it was in here. We eventually claimed our sleeping space, then chatted away with the Frenchmen over a few drinks.
It was probably 6am by the time it was quiet enough to sleep. We got up at 11.30, packed up and went to St Michel stairwell for breakfast...
That done, it was down South eventually making our way to the exit...
..and finally no trip would be complete without kebab and lager outside Gare du Nord.
