Question - Primary School In Scotland | 01.07.2019 |

I came across this abandoned primary school whilst traveling from Birkwood Castle to Hartwood Hospital on some country roads in a little village. Real quiet place with no one around to even ask about it. I have no clue as to what the area was called though, stupid enough to not take note for once.

Wondering if anyone had any information on it? Scotland area between Birkwood and Hartwood.

There was no sign of entry that I could find, not at ground level or within plain eye sight anyway.

It was Overtown Primary School. Built in the 1880s and closed in 2016.

Planning was granted in December 2018 to convert the school to nine one and two-bedroom flats and eight new- build terraced houses.

Probably why it's well secured.

Definetley overtown primary
