1991 Closure.
Visited this post back in November but I couldn't get in. The hatch is a Torlift and the brass security plug is mangled, it is also welded.
I did however do an FSM probe which revealed some interesting results. The post is private property on Readcar golf course so it's very safe from post raiders.
