Here some info:
A Country clinic with 135 beds specilized for cures, which originates from 1930‘s. The oldest clinic part is the bath section and gymnastics section out of the thirties years. The reception section and office section as well as the patient stay rooms are model 1960; the medical service’s quarter is build in 1969; patient room, therapy room, dining room and kitchen were designed in 1973.The indoor swimming pool with its 186 square meters originate from 1974 and the underground passage dates from 1982.
The clinic went bankrupt in 1996. For short time survival strategy a hotel with 113 rooms and 3 conference rooms was openened but the development was not as aspected. In 2000 the the bankruptyc proceeding was final. The buildings are doomed to be demolisched due to it’s bad condition and the enormous costs for renovation. A developer for the site has been found in 2011.
