Even if there was clear as day CCTV images with full face shots chances are the CPS would still come out and say there is insufficient evidence to prosecute

I got attempted mugged a few months ago,the guy tried to knick my phone but knocked it in the river,he then punched me in the face.
they caught the guy it was witnessed by 3 people and on video.

The police did fuck all
