I hade never heard of a ROC Post and stumbled on a video of a couple of guys who pretty much only explore these.
Its not something I am goibg to go out of my way to find anywhere but definitely worth a visit to one if you can fnd and open one. The last report on this ROC Psot that I can find anywhere was in 2016.
At that point the reports stated the Post wasnt in great condition and it was locked up after the report. I wasnt expecting to be able to get in.
When I arrived after a bot of searching around, there was no door attached so the bunker was exposed.
The counterweight was missing though the chain remained. The ladder was still secure and fixed to the wall. The sump pump pipe seemed to be in as good condition as I have seen on videos. Air vents were jammed and the BPI & FSP were as good as in videos I have seen. There was a desk, not sure if original, not cupboard as seems to be the case in most, and no beds , which was a shame. The place was full of rubbish and had graffiti on the walls, the doors were is fantastic condition which was surprising!
I hope that this was an interesting post and you enjoy the images!
