My first report on 28DL.

My local ROC post, it sits overlooking the now dissused Rugeley Power Station.
This post is good condition compared to other local posts that i have visited.

Surprisingly dry considering that I keep finding the hatch left open, the hatch hinge has not seized at all so naturally it wants to stay open due to the counter weight. When I’m passing I keep weighing the hatch down with a concrete block but other people that have been in the post do not tend to put this back.

Great pictures, I was considering paying this a visit if it's not been welded shut yet! Does anyone know if it's still open?
