After hitting a couple of roof tops out in town NickUK, Gone and myself checked out the old UMIST building on Sackville Street as there was some fairly substantial scaff up. UMIST is now part of Man Uni.
The climb up was pretty hairy with the highlight being us absolutely bricking it when we were at on the highest part of the building and seeing four shadows moving towards us... especially as Gone reckoned security for Man Uni are fairly on the ball. Ended up being 4 lads from Wales on an explore as well.
Really spectacular roof, lots of difference layers withy loads of technical bits and pieces, including what looked to be a full functional space telescope.
