History - The chapel was built in1868 in the Gothic style with gable-entry by architect Thomas of Landore. This current building replacing an earlier chapel built in 1833. The chapel closed in 1973.

Explore - We explored this place on a day of doing Welsh chapels. This was probably our favourite chapel of the day while it's not in the best state the decay is very photogenic. This has been on here a few times but from what we can see it hasn't really changed in years, odd when you consider the state of the roof.

Someone really needs to dismantle that thing made of pews in the corner and get it back to how it was.

I love this little one, it actually looks a bit tidier than I remember
We really liked it, found it more photogenic than some of the more pristine Welsh chapels we've done.

We wondered what it was but it just didn't register that it was made of pews 😂
Great photos, the perfect amount of decay.
Cheers, the decay is superb in this place!
