SubBrit reports the Post to be at the convergence of 2 Footpaths. The Telegraph Pole from the Post has been cut up to form gate-posts on the Footpath.
There is now no trace of the Post, so it is difficult to tell where it was.
The Grid Reference given on SubBrit suggests that the Post was on the south side of a field boundary - But that side is very wet and is not the highest point in the area. The logical place to locate the Post is approx 100 metres north.
