I went to shoreham fort yesterday, its quite run down now and the coastguard tower is no longer used (couldnt get in there though - a steel plate covered the door!). The 3 caponiers are intact and the one accessed by a sealed off tunnel has a small accessway so i managed to squeeze in!
Sadly the ammo store was sealed up and the tower very well sealed due to vandalism.
