Being completly new to this , I thought I'd start easy . Having read all about ROC posts , I set off to find one . St Agnes Cornwall was my closest and the last report here was over 5 years ago so I thought I'd go and see what's changed .
The post was easy to find , the hatch was open and nervously , I climbed down .
I was amazed how intact it was and how much original material was still there ( right down to a ration pack ) There has obviously been someone living there at some point but they've not damaged anything .
The instruction manuel was there and some hand written notes .
It was dry and clean .
A good one to start with !
Pics were taken with an iPhone so a bit limited and not the best quality
My first post !! Love this site !! Find myself walking around looking at old buildings thinking .... I wonder !!
